Description
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications B.S. Engineering or related degree, or 35 years experience preferred
Must have current CCNP Switch and Routing
Desired Certifications CCNA, ability to achieve VCP
Experience and knowledge in Networking with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus products and implementations; Wireless, LAN and Internetworking protocols
Operations experience with Enterpriseclass appliances, applications, hardware and processes
Experience with Data Center class protocols and technologies including Fibre Channel, 10GE and Data Center Ethernet, IGRP/EIGRP and other routing protocols a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of current and developing technologies and ability to analyze technology for use in current environment
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and organizational skills; must have ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
Effective use of commonly used network DevOps applications e.g. Visio, NetBrain, Solarwinds
Experience with Enterpriseclass appliances, applications, hardware and processes
Clientcentric and able to work in a variety of environments; must be able to manage customer relationships
