Top Three Skills 1. Mid Senior level QA experience. Must be able to work independently to create and execute test cases
2. Experience with Quality Center
3. Excellent verbal and Written communication skills. This person will be performing documentation and working directly wit h the users of the software. Experience testing ServiceNow or other service management software would be a plus Job Description FedEx is implementing a new enterprise service management software, ServiceNow. They are looking for two temporary QA resources to join the team in the End User Support arena. The QA will specifically working with the new ServiceNow software. The QA's will perform documentation of the system. They wil create UAT test cases. They will then work along side the users (End User Support Team) to make sure the tests are run and to document any bugs. Some Technical writing duties may also be required.
