Business Process Modeler

Description

Facilitate AsIs and ToBe business process modeling workshops.
Research and analyze current documentation and conduct process interviews with subject matter experts in order to elicit relevant information towards developing business process diagrams.
Using Sparx Enterprise Architecture (EA), develop AsIs and ToBe business process models in BPMN 2.0 at varying levels of detail and complexity. Using Sparx (EA), maintain a database of business process diagrams.
Using Sparx (EA) modify business process diagrams as needed.
Build and manage relationships between various field and corporate stakeholders in order to fully meet their business process needs.
Deliver presentations of business process modeling practices and achievements.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to senior leadership.
Provide input into the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of management processes, tools, risk, issues, and opportunity management.
Serve as a subject matter expert to provide tactical guidance and support by answering questions and aiding in resolving difficult issues.
Lead small teams of analysts on special projects or major operational studies.
Conduct readiness assessment of processes, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easytounderstand manner
