Oracle/Informatica Developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle and Informatica Developer. The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in working with Informatica. The ideal candidate would have at least 6 years of development experience in Oracle database. The candidate should have very good knowledge in PL/SQL, SQL and Oracle database development including stored procedures, database triggers and database packages. The candidate should have good UNIX experience too. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this position.
Duties and responsibilities
Understand and work with the third party software named Mantas
Develop and enhance new stored procedures in Oracle
Develop new mappings in Informatica
Customize existing scenarios in Mantas
Develop data loading jobs using Informatica.
Develop UNIX shell scripts.
Optimize the existing jobs using SQL/PLSQL tuning methodologies. Work with the users to understand the business requirements
Required skills
BS or MS in Computer science or related area
At least 4 years experience with Informatica
At least 6 years experience with Oracle/SQL/PLSQL
Solid background in the use of UNIX system. Should be very comfortable in writing big shell scripts.
Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
