Top Three Skills hibernate, java, agile Job Description Franklin Universitys Web Support team is looking for a Java Hibernate Developer. This position will be focused on upgrading their 'Illuminate' tool, which is a video conferencing/eLearning feature used in their classrooms.

Impact to the Internal/External Customer 'myFranklin' is a more enjoyable experience for the user as it is created based on influential websites/mobile apps that drive high user activity. The tools are very user friendly and drive an engaging learning environment for students. Business Challenge Franklin University is looking to build the 'state of the art' Learning Management System (LMS) for their own internal use, along with a new marketing strategy to take on industry leaders (IE. Blackboard, Moodle, etc.) and sell 'myFranklin' to other colleges/universities across the globe. They have a 12 month roadmap with tight deadlines to get the enhancements to their software where they need them to be. EVP Franklin University prides itself on building cutting edge products focused on innovation and improvement to what is currently on the market. They brand their proprietary LMS from their favorite websites and iPad apps (specifically mentioning WIRED & NY Times). This group is talented and passionate about their product(s).
