Job Description 25% Architecture vs. 75% hands on configuring/developing/implementing/integrating
Sony would like to have a short term contractor to work on our side and help us with actually doing the work on the platform. Sony is looking for an experienced professional to augment our team during the first deployment of the Service Now ITBM tool for our division. This specialist should have at least 3 years of experience with the tools in consulting or as contractor for other organizations. We would expect this resource to be onsite, we can be flexible with some remote work, but at least 60% should be onsite. Alignment Call notes Currently implementing Service Now ITBM, currently piloting. (partnering with Infosys) Bring someone along who knows SNOW and can bring expertise on best practices in implementing, configuring, overall SME over the next 2 months while Vlad backfills the position. Leveraging SME to help develop the expertise in house This person would be helping with configuring the system, learning the system, and using the system. Assisting in the High level Architecture, and will work with current team (hands on) to make it work for them. ITBM Is there specific functionality that you guys are looking to use Managing day to day in different locations (measuring attendance and efforts, as well as projection of resources on games) Data coming from other systems (integrations) Not many systems and the ones that are in place arent too complex. If they are able to replicate some of their current processes in place leveraging SNOW Measuring Contractors success Measuring on Contribution and knowledge and ability to utilize the system to guide the team
