This position is responsible for development and support of corporate websites and customer facing web applications. Knowledge of development technologies such as Java, Ext JS, ZK, and Liferay to create portals for guiding customers through their certification processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain online portal communities to prepare and support customers through Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) certification processes.
Develop and automate the publishing of certification listings from databases to the corporate website.
Develop applications to automate certification and testing processes.
Specifics Develop Java portlets for deployment into Liferay portal environments
Support and administer content management functions for web publishing processes
Develop Visualforce and Apex applications for customizing Salesforce.com environment
Additional responsibilities include contributing to the support of the overall corporate IT environment.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
5 or more years of software development experience
Java/J2EE/Java Persistence API expertise required
Ext JS, ZK, Ajax, Struts, JSR 168/268 portlet development expertise is highly desired
Liferay development experience is highly desired
Experience with EHR/HIE systems is highly desired
Knowledge of Salesforce.com is highly desired
