Job Description HONDA is in need of a Junior/mid level Java developer to come on board and join their current team of 6 developers to work on their Line Control Systems. The Line control system is made up of several applications that support our clients line manufacturing production. The applications are used to enhance the productivity on the line, as far as speed to production and inventory purposes. I have listed the top 3 skill sets below. This person must be comfortable speaking in meetings, creating presentations as well as interacting with all levels of management. The candidate must have strong communication and problem solving skills. Also, the environment at our client is very different from the environment at the majority of our clients. Our client has an open environment concept, where everyone sits together, there are no cubicles or walls. Also, the environment at Honda is very different from the environment at the majority of our clients. Honda has an open environment concept, where everyone sits together, there are no cubicles, walls, or hierarchy. They are not allowed food or water at their desks and limited to a 30 minute lunch break a day. They do not tolerate tardiness, music and are a very quiet environment. THIS IS HUGE, because it could be a very hard adjustment for some people. The plus of this is that there is no hierarchy, everyone is on the same level within the whole organization, and it is a huge team environment. 1) JAVA
