Job Description Develop Javabased enterprise applications that provision services to telecommunications customers. Develop J2EE web applications for role based security, inventory management, service provisioning and audit. Looking for an experienced enterprise Java developer who can work independently to arrive at creative solutions. Telecommunications experience is a plus but not required. Should demonstrate a passion for software development and continual learning and professional growth as a developer. Should demonstrate a clear understanding of core J2EE development Struts, JMS, EJB, Web logic. Should have good backend skills in Oracle. This should be a good all around J2EE enterprise multitier application developer. The expectation is that any good JSP Developer should have experience with CSS, JSP, Java, Servlets, HTML, and XML.
Impact The customers current system that provisions services to end customers is expensive to maintain and enhance and does not function reliably. This team will engineer internal alternatives that will function better and ultimately save the customer on operations and development costs.
The sales force uses this program to sell services to telecommunications customers. This new system will automatically determine the capacity of the lines to the home or office and then provision the service. This process is not currently reliable using the current application architecture. This team will create the applications that will deliver those new services to the customer more effectively and will be more cost effective.
Additional Information Must have strong experience on enterprise Java Front End, Middle Tier, Persistence Layer, Backend.
