Job Description This position is for an SAP IT Technical / Functional expert in SAP PA and OM configuration and support in a global setting, with working knowledge of Benefits, Payroll, and additional SAP HR modules. Working knowledge of SAP Benefits integration with SAP Payroll. Specific skills include, but are not limited to Acting as a Technical Lead for the SAP implementation project; handson knowledge of SAP IMG and configuration tasks, experience in implementing SAP interfaces between ECC 5.0 and ECC 6.0, strong understanding of HCM business processes.
SAP HCM was implemented by the client roughly 6 years ago. They are running on the ECC 5.0 platform now. They utilize HR Benefits, Payroll, and OM and PA. The client is in the process of implementing SAP across the board FICO, SD, etc... This will all be on the ECC 6.0 platform. As a result this person will act as the technical lead on the HR team and will be tasked with ensuring the data moving from ECC 5 to ECC 6 correctly.
Additional Job Info This person will work hand in hand with the Global Templates technical resource to understand the gaps in the data when it moves from the 5.0 platform to the 6.0 platform. Ideally this person has dealt with a minimum of 2 ECC 5 to ECC 6 migrations. This person will be tasked with overseeing the builds of the interfaces for the data's 2 occurrences.
