Job Description EQT is looking for a Sr. level C#.NET/ASP.NET developer. They are kicking off their ETRM project which will track all stored natural gas. This is a yearlong project. They are looking for this developer to come in for the first 8 weeks to help kick the project off. There is a strong possibility that this contract will be extended but no guarantee at this time. This developer must be able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. The developer must have MVC experience.
Additional Job Info Responsibilities Develop applications using standard Microsoft development tools such as Visual Studio Design and develop web applications on .NET platform using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Unit test applications using companystandard testing guidelines Meet delivery dates on assigned tasks Other duties as assigned Required Skills C# ASP.NET, MVC and WebForms HTML, CSS, & JavaScript Web Services SQL Server ObjectOriented Design and Programming Internet site design, development, and deployment skills Team skills Interpersonal, Analysis, & Organizational skills Required Experience The Candidate must Have 3+ years development experience using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Have 6+ months development experience with ASP.NET MVC Have experience designing and developing Web Services Have experience using SQL Server as an application datastore Be proficient in both Web UI and backend development Have a solid understanding of object oriented design and programming Have a solid understanding of relational databases Be willing to take ownership of assigned tasks Be detailoriented and focused on quality Have experience in designing, developing, deploying and supporting Internet sites
