As agencies change their required information this TP will need to retro fit the system so it provides the right info to the right agency. Additional Information To keep certification in service lines hospitals have to provide information to the proper governing bodies. This person will help with all service lines and will need to help sunset and migrate their Appollo Lumedex cardiology image system also some time next year. Who is the Internal/External Customer Internal customers are medical professionals who provide a service in the hospital external customers are the agencies that track information for their specific service line. Impact to the Internal/External Customer The hospital can't offer the service if they don't update the proper agency with the proper information.
