POSITION SUMMARY Under general direction, the Applications System and Program Analyst Senior formulates and defines system scope, requirements and objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. May be responsible for completion of a phase of a project. Regularly provides guidance and training to lessexperienced analyst/programmers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design and develop code, deploy, and test MS Dynamics CRM 2013 system and a variety of custom business applications.
Design, develop and maintain application integration platform using Scribe and/or SSIS
Work with peers to develop endtoend testing and quality assurance procedures and plans. Partner with software vendor for platform customizations. Discuss business requirements with business analysts, endusers, and management, and develop these into technical requirements, system design, functional specifications and specifications with business. Monitor system performance and code quality of other team members. Assist in defining project success criteria. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Assist with unit and integration testing of finished products, including creation/modification of test scripts and test data, to assure conformance with the application design and other documentation. Verifies the finished application and test results satisfy specifications. Implements changes as completed.
