Top Three Skills 1.SSAS cube design and development would like 35yrs exp
2.SSIS (preferred ETL tool) but would be open to any ETL tool exp. 2yrs min, They are using hallo source as their ETL tool on top of SSIS 3. DW knowledge, they will building DWs and Cubes inside the global AX DW
4. Any version of AX exp would be highly desired but they will train if they person doesn't have it. Job Description This is an urgent BACKFILL.
They are looking for a Sr. MS BI developer to help them get caught up on some work that is backlogged. This person will spend 90% of their time Designing and developing Cubes from scratch, Pulling Data from the AX (v2012 R2) environment. They will be creating dashboards and reporting data from all the modules within AX (financial, Operational, Sales etc.) This initial project will be focusing on building cubes in the Supply Chain for Manufacturing, Inventory, and Operations
10% will be spent working on the user interface portion. They will also be handling all the QAT for their development. Additional Information For their ETL tool they will be using Halo BI which works with AX integrations and Atlas which works with excel loads into AX. This would be nice to have but SSIS exp will allow the person to pick this up. Work Environment This BI team reports to the Finance team not IT. All Microsoft shop. currently doing a global Dynamics AX 2012 implementation over 100 sites. The BI Team has 5 team members 1 techno/functional Analyst, 1 developer, 1 BA, the team leader and the director, very lean team.
