Preferably both gas and electric customer experience Job Description PSEs Customer Information System group is looking for an SAP ISU Device Management functional analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for successful design, configure, test, delivery and maintenance of SAP Industry Solutions for Utilities Device Management technology and initiatives. The position will configure and test the SAP Industry Solutions for Utilities (IS/U) Device Management components needed to support our customer and billing requirements and will work as a member of a team to integrate these systems into the overall SAP CIS solution. This person will be expected to provide guidance on how SAP IS/U Device Management can be leveraged. Preferred Candidates should have SAP IS/U Device Management implementation experience and certification.
They are currently doing an AMI implementation starting October 1st, which will allow them to move from oneway to twoway metering systems. One of the reasons they need billing experience is because when they do this switch, the twoway meters will still have the previous tenants readings and the new tenants will get charged for that. They want to avoid these types of mistakes and prevent and billing problems that come with this new metering system. Additional Information IT spend will be about $1520 million in the next 1.5 years, half of that will be by SAP.
