LocumTenens.com is the nation's #1 Temporary Physician Staffing firm. They staff over 100+ recruiters that spend 8+ hours making perspective calls to over 70 clients every day. Due to this high volume of activity in their physician database, they now have to scale their database to offer more analytics , better search capabilities and more detailed algorithms. Originally the development team was going to build this application from scratch but have decided to integrate SalesForce with the new database, called Aries. The plan is to go live with salesforce on December 5, 2016. They were planning to go live in Q1 2017 so due to moving up go live date they need an additional developer to join the team ASAP to assist with development related activities. Looking for a senior Salesforce.com Developer with 34+ years of SFDC development work with 1+ years of development using lightning. Person should have lightning only implementation experience as well as experience doing SFDC customizations used as lightning. Experience/understanding of the staffing industry is a plus based on the industry they are in. This is a brand new implementation.
Their development process enforces that changes are made in sandboxes and then a build server moves the changes to QA and then finally to production. They do not make changes directly in production so having and understanding of SDLC is important. Admin tasks may be required likely be ensuring users and profiles are maintained, working with IT to ensure data in Active Directory is current to provide an accurate sync between AD and Salesforce. Some configuration will be likely but in a sandbox environment as part of the sprints.
