Credit Acceptance is seeking 3 Java Team lead to assist on a new Loan System Servicing System (LSS 2.0) that will be will be replacing an existing legacy system that has been in place for over 20 years. Over the next 2 years CAC will be implementing a COTS package that needs to be heavily customized. By implementing the new LSS system it will allow Credit Acceptance Corp. to increase their loan processing from 250,000 loans up to 1,000,000 loans. There will be three separate java teams handling individual projects that will help customize the Oracle custom of the shelf package. For the Java team lead opening this individual should have prior experience working with Java Spring Boot, Spring Web Services as well as JMS (Java Message Service) experience. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Java as well as prior experience as a Java team lead. (2+ years)
Overall Required experience 7+ years Information Systems experience to include
o Application Development experience in Java
o Database modeling
2+ years of experience as Senior Developer/Team Lead, with experience leading/mentoring less senior developers
Basic understanding of SOA concepts
Experience with Web Services design and implementation
Team Lead 1 Ancillary Products Team o This team will be building a new module from scratch that will integrate Credit Acceptances Ancillary Products through web services into LSS 2.0.

1. Java SPRING BOOT (SOA Camel, ESB, JMS)
2. Java webservices
3. Team lead experience in an Agile environment (2+ years)
Experience with Spring WS is highly preferred (Spring boot, Spring data, Spring security, etc)
Team Lead 2 Interfaces Team o This team will be responsible for pushing old apps into new interfaces as well as building interfaces in front of Oracle products.
