Description
Successful server candidates will possess the following experience, skills, and interests At least 5 years of experience in software development
Motivated and passionate about learning new domains and technologies
Comfortable working with a team, or as an individual contributor
Expert level programming experience in two or more of the following languages Brightscript, C#, Java, Ruby, Python, or Lua.
Experience building user interfaces using tag oriented technologies such as XML, WPF, and HTML.
Experience integrating network based protocols with third parties and multiple system components
Comfortable with Agile methodologies and practices
BS or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent
The following skills are highly desired, but not required Experience writing Roku applications using the Brightscript SDK
Experience working with IP streaming video
Experience working with set top boxes
