Experience with SharePoint site/content migration tools and migrating content to Office 365.
Experience developing, designing and implementing new SharePoint sites per customer requirements. Job Description ACT is in need of a SharePoint developer to join for a 6month contract. This individual needs to have an expertise in SharePoint that allows them to ramp up quickly and perform project tasks with minimal supervision. Successful candidates will have the following skills/experience More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 & 2013, including Office 365.
Strong knowledge and understanding of differences between SharePoint 2010, 2013 and 2016
23 years of experience with Client site SharePoint development
23 years of using SharePoint 2013 out of box features/functionality
Minimum of 5 years SharePoint experience (Developer, System Administrator, Engineer, etc.)
Strong knowledge and experience with SharePoint site/content migration tools and migrating content to Office 365.
Strong knowledge and experience designing and implementing new SharePoint sites per customer requirements.
Ability to analyze and develop appropriate migration plans for existing SharePoint sites and content to Office 365.
Evaluate current deployments and designs and recommend best practices for solutions and migration.
Work with Project Managers, business customers and other team members to develop migration and project plans.
Strong knowledge and experience in implementing and developing custom SharePoint web parts.
Able to develop and test SharePoint websites and content, including styles sheets and navigation.
Experience designing and implementing SharePoint forms and custom workflows.
Experience implementing SharePoint permissions and access controls.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Experience in HTML, SharePoint Designer, JQuery, CSS, JavaScript
Experience working in a secure environment including implementing security controls within web applications.
Ability to create connections and integrations using tools such as Excel and SQL.
Strong knowledge and experience with SharePoint metadata and search design, including targeting content to specific audiences.
Experience working with Microsoft engineers and support resources to troubleshoot SharePoint issues.
