Description
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide primary support for all network communication equipment.
Configure, implement, maintain and monitor LAN/WAN/WIFI equipment and related services.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve network communication issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
Undertake routine preventative measures as directed.
Provide technical support for employees with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
Respond to emergencies involving network systems, equipment or services.
Travel to various facilities for deployment of network equipment and other related services.
Accept special projects as may be requested.
Provide after hours on call support as needed.
