Description
Required Skills Candidate will be assisting with the new install of a voice routing platform. Candidate should have background with IVR Development using composer, which is a Genesys IVR application. Will be moving from Genesys 7.6 to 8.0. Candidate will need to rebuild all routing strategies. Genesys Call Routing Good Communication must be good working in Team environment
Costco is upgrading IVR for all call centers. Current group has some knowledge but they need a subject matter expert
