1. 3+ years experience working with and developing in ServiceNowspecifically with Change/Incident/Event/Problem/Request/CMDB
2. Experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS, basic experience with SQL
3. Experience working with ITIL concepts Job Description Under Armour is looking for a ServiceNow developer to join their team in Baltimore. Their ServiceNow admin is actually going out on maternity leave this week and she isn't able to get to a lot of the custom development work that UA currently needs. They are using ServiceNow Change, Incident, Event, Problem, Request and CMDB. CMDB is stood up currently but not working. They are also adding the Discovery module as well as Reporting and Analytics.
Under Armour uses ServiceNow for their Service Desk but also within different areas at UA. The environment is currently up and running but they are adding several modules (Discovery and Reporting & Analytics) that this person will be helping with. This person will also be helping to optimize UA's workflows within Service now and will do some simple Javascript for their frontend web application. This person will be working with Heather Molinaro (runs the service desk) and Maryam Dennis who owns Service Now as a tool.
