Description

Summary Business Analyst oversees the creation and development of detailed written test scenarios according to Fidelity development methodology.
Responsibilities Document findings from requirements definition sessions; effectively define and communicate issues and identification of unique scenarios; Leading/facilitating the execution of all test cases and sharing of the test results and trends across matrixed teams; Key contact to help triage defects and coordinate resolutions; Provide training and assistance with the testing tools; Assist scheduling of testing sessions and logistics; Support global testing teams during nonstandard US hours; Assist with test project plan and deliverables; Analytical, technical, problem solving and communication skills are a key strength.
Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a minimum of 4 years supporting Salesforce.com users as an administrator.
Business analysis to support FIAM Institutional Sales, Consultant Relations, and Client Services
Provide firstline daily support and administration for 300+ Salesforce.com Users.
Manage all new user setups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of accounts/contacts/opportunities for deactivated users.
Partner with Learning & Development to maintain updated training documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures for FIAM users.
Assist in training new users how to effectively use Salesforce for their specific roles and on best practices.
Regularly perform Salesforce data quality maintenance and updates.
Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow, and validation rules.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and data uploads.
Perform data import and export tasks via CRM Fusion application for Salesforce deduplication and matching. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other financial services clients preferred.
