Description
Job Description Responsible for Salesforce license administration and reporting
Partner with stakeholders to drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation
Document all existing configurations and features including customization of standard objects, security processes, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows, analytics, and 3rd party integrations
Design, develop and document workflows across the various Google instances, stakeholders and configurations
Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
Periodically review use to effectively harvest and reassign licenses
Provide insights on use trends to inform budget planning
Identify opportunities for process optimization, redesign, or development
Ensure reporting is created and structured for our SAM and SVMG teams
