Desired/nice to have skills Python, Unix, Job Description Summary Plays key leadership role in defining the elements necessary for successfully managing testing activities and ensuring quality of projects at Truaxis. Manage department staff by developing and utilizing established QA processes, implementing appropriate training and development opportunities as needed.
Major Accountabilities Coordinate review and testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned client developed systems.
Lead diverse, global teams in the functional testing of software applications. Ensure personnel have appropriate skills and behaviors; and effectively communicate performance results; as necessary. Ensure industry best practices are integrated into department processes. Establish QA roadmap to ensure alignment with objectives. Ensure cross departmental networking occurs.
Education BS Degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education.
Skills/ Abilities Experience working with global teams.
Experience working in a crossfunctional AGILE team
Experience working with code quality tools like SonarQube, Gerrit, etc BIG plus
Prior experience with tools like Rally, Jira, etc.
Experience with code management using GIT
Experience with DevOps methodology and Test automations.
Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery
Experience with JUnit and Mockito testing framework
