Job Overview Responsibilities Own and aggressively drive forward specific areas of technology operations. Manage any O365/SharePoint SLAs as required Manage O365/SharePoint Change Management Manage O36/SharePoint RCA/Problem Management Major O365/SharePoint Incidents (P1/P2) Manage O365/SharePopint Documentation (KB Articles, SOP, etc) Project and solution estimation and team structure definition. Drive common vision, practices and capabilities across teams. Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
Qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Microsoft Stack. At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of Microsoft Technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, etc.) Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and work within a team for the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture. Experience in day to day Operational Management & Governance. Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects. Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents. Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with nontechnical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members. Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical staff. Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills. Experience working on multiple concurrent projects. Excellent problemsolving skills.
