Description
Provide Functional & Technical administration and support for Coupa Procure to Pay solution.
Answer 'how to' technical and application configuration questions.
Troubleshoot & resolve technical and functional issues.
Work with other internal teams, including the integration development team, as well as Coupa's Operations and Customer Care as required, to resolve issues and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
Business Event Monitoring of customer production environments.
Manage customer expectations and experience in a way that results in high customers satisfaction.
Collaborate and provide enhancements to Solar's knowledgebase for customers' use.
Monitor the SLA's for all incidents specific to P2P process and report to management.
