We are growing! Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA) to create product specifications in order to develop and maintain their products. The BA will work in a dynamic, geographically diverse, team environment with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis. A key part of the role is to document, develop, analyse and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, be they customers or endusers. The BA will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills to help support the development process and ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications. As a key member of the scrum team, the BA will gather, expand on, and document requirements and will take part in all software development lifecycle activities as changes and enhancements to the system are identified and implemented. The BA will be required to assist in the development of quality assurance scripts/test cases for assigned projects. The role will develop subject matter expertise that will enhance the requirements, development, analysis and quality phases of assigned projects as well as post deployment support.
