Description
Roles & Responsibility Work directly with customers to develop custom configurations, enhance the existing application and resolve production support issues in Kronos Workforce Central 8.x environment. Responding to customer requests within the defined SLAs, documenting, planning, and prioritizing multiple tasks and optimizing processes to reduce the overall production support requests.
