Description
JOB DESCRIPTION To create| assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
(1.) To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
(2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
(3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
(4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
Additional requirement
Mainframe
1. Resource should be willing to work in production support and shifts
2. Resource should have good communication and customer facing skills
3. Resource should have handson experience with Mainframe,COBOL,JCL,DB2,CICS, VSAM
4. Resource should have good understanding on ITSM process & RTB Knowledge
5. Resource should have BFSI domain knowledge
6. Resource should participate in Incident management calls and Problem management calls
7. Resource able to guide the next level team member
