Workday Business Systems Analyst

Description

Job Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Workday to play a leadership role in building and expanding our flexible, scalable, and robust portfolio of business systems. Workday is at the heart of our business systems for both HCM and Financials. We have been live several months and there is an abundance of opportunity in building out new functionality, implementing new modules and creating integrations. In this role, you will be part of a team that works closely with business partners in HR, Accounting, Sales, Recruiting and Operations.
Responsibilities
Analyze systems needs and design solutions, working closely with business users
Serve as Workday functional and technical SME for both HCM and Financials
Implement and enhance business systems, working with software vendors and consultants
Design and implement integrations with business systems and inhouse applications
Become a subject matter expert with our existing business systems
Proactively drive new systems implementations and improvements
Provide systems support to internal customers
Perform handson testing for new and modified systems
Evaluate new thirdparty applications and partners
Qualifications
4+ years of experience with Workday and other SaaS business systems in both functional and technical capacities
Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science or related field
Effective communications clear, precise, with the ability to adapt to audience
Sharp analytical skills quickly analyze and troubleshoot problems in a fast paced environment
Familiarity with RDBMS and objectoriented architectures as well as integration tools
Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with key business processes LeadtoCash, HiretoRetire, ProcuretoPay
Strong fluency with Excel for data manipulation and reporting
Desire to thrive in fastpaced, dynamic, highgrowth environment
