7+ experience with minimum 2 years in application production support.
Extensive problem solving and debugging skills. Experience in providing services to agreed SLAs and OLAs. Experienced in Problem and Incident Management. Flexible in working outside of core business hours at shortnotice.
Experience in Healthcare Insurance domain is an added advantage
Technical Skills and Experiences Experience with supporting Mainframe applications COBOL
JCL
DB2
IMS DB/DC
