Summary/Objective
As the business analyst, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to improve our business processes. You will review, analyze and evaluate our current processes and use data to develop solutions to make them more efficient. To succeed in this role, you needed to think analytically and be able to communicate findings and solutions to nontechnical users.
Responsibilities
Evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing effective strategies
Communicating findings and potential solutions to management
Ensuring solutions aligns with business needs and requirements
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
Conducting outside research to develop and support solutions
Monitoring the progress of implemented solutions to ensure their effectiveness
Tracking and evaluating profitability of projects
Job Requirements Basic Qualifications
Previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience in analyzing data and using that data come up with solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using MS Excel
Possesses exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience creating detailed report and giving presentations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail oriented
