Duration 6 Months Core Java , Spring Core with Oracle L2 Support (L2 & L3 Production Support Analyst (incident management Known Error Resoluton, Unknown Error Resolution, Service request Standard and Adhoc Service requests, application/batch fixes, problem management(RCA), Break Fixes/Code changes and minor enhancements) Good Analytical Skills and Problem Solving Skills, Knowledge of Batch Programming and Solving Abends Adhering to SLA and ITIL process based delivery, Knowledge of ITSM tool, and prioritizing tasks based on Priority and periodic update of ITSM tools, periodic follow ups. Creation of Proactve problem tickets and identifying the RCA and coming up with fixes. Converting Service requests to Self Service requests
