Strong expertise in Pharma and Healthcare domain,
Strong expertise in Pharma and Healthcare domain
Ability to work in Onsite/Offshore model and manage offshore team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in leading the team
Prior experience in working with BA in Identify test requirements
Able to derive and design optimal test cases based on the type of testing and requirements
Ability to execute test cases and identify defects
Verify defect fixes
Work with business stakeholders to secure sign off of deliverables
Initiate tests, analyze results, and find solutions to technical problems
Identify & escalate potential quality issues
Work with team members to discuss test results and identify areas for improvement
Assists in completion of product documentation and training material
Execute tests and identify, communicate and track issues to closure
Good to have Skills / Experience
Knowledge of Test Automation and able to manage Automation engagements
