MUST HAVE SKILLS offshore/outsourced vendor management experience, contracts experience, ITSM, SLA/SLM and ServiceNow
Overview Will report to the Sr Director for IT Vendor Management Office, manages strategic sourcing for CF IT base
Trying to fill this role for a while now
The role will be BA II with vendor management, outsourcing onshore/offshore model experience
Understanding on how to read and interpret SOWs, experience with SLA measurement experience, how it is measured in ITSM world
This particular role needs to have SLA/SLM, ITSM, ServiceNow/OneStop tools
