Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Understand business operations, with a specific focus on renewable energy operations. Strong capacity
to manage and execute business processes.
Awareness of how the renewable energy market impacts the business, with a keen focus on driving
business value. Additionally, the capacity to help develop/execute the business strategy.
Ability to take user requirements, design appropriate solutions and carry them through implementation
including integration testing and end user training.
Define the data elements shared between each business segment in the enterprise and the
relationships between those data elements. Core impact understanding across processes, people,
systems, and other data elements.
Provide the direct link between the business organizations and IT to listen, collaborate, prioritize and
advise the business on the best solution options to achieve the desired results.
Translate strategic initiatives into business outcome focused change initiatives.
Collaborate with solution architects to evaluate design alternatives, select the appropriate solution and
meet or exceed our business client expectations.
Ability to synthesize many ideas into bigpicture view that shows the connection between business
intention, business action, and IT needs.
Follow application life cycle management standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the
support and/or maintenance of our internal systems.
Continually strive to enhance or improve business systems processes to drive efficiency through use of
best practices.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hands on working knowledge of SAP ECC 6+ or S/4 and associated TCodes.
Strong functional knowledge (5+ years experience) of SAP EWM or WM, MM, LE, SD, FICO, and PP areas
with deep knowledge of integration points.
5+ years experience in an SAP business analyst role working with endusers to translate business
requirements into SAP functional specifications to be solutioned by the team.
Strong listening, collaboration and problem solving skills including the ability to description technical
solution options in business terminology. Individual must have a thorough understanding of the main
business processes within respective function.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Bachelors degree in management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Accounting, or
equivalent manufacturing industry work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
