1 Document the current and future state business process
2 Perform and document gap analysis 3 Drive the collection and documentation of requirements
4 Create work and data flow diagrams
5 If needed, execute a business process workshop with a large group Pfizer stakeholder and SMEs 6 Facilitate Pfizers review and sign off all documentation requiring approvals
7 Assist with meeting minutes and notes 8 Create relevant presentations, as needed, to facilitate conversations with stakeholders 9 Facilitate meet
