Strong data analysis and problem solving skills Experience with applicable ERP application software stack specifically JD Edwards versions XE, E1, World Roles & Responsibilities Work with teams in implementation of project or enhancement efforts to improve business functionality, processes and efficiencies
Work with business users to drive out detailed requirements design documents. Work with technical resources to convert user requirements to technical specifications.
Work with business users to drive out detailed test scripts and plans including documentation of conditions needed to support successful negative and positive of solutions provided to meet business needs
Develop opportunities to improve system process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies.
Be able to support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes
Recommend approaches to optimize/tune systems performance.
Be able to produce both system and technical documentation. Work with other IS teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions
Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
Ability to analyze business situations
Excellent organizational/communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred expertise with multiple implementation platforms of JDE such as SQL and/or iSeries, distributed systems, and localization
Strong knowledge of PC skills working with large datasets (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents)
Ability to drive initiatives and projects independently from start to finish.
Generic Managerial Skills The solution delivery analyst is responsible for working in various areas within the software development life cycle to develop and deliver requirements, functional requirements, test plans and/or executed test scripts as needed within Strykers project process. For support, the analyst is responsible for providing functional expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting and issue resolution for Stryker US ERP systems, specifically JD Edwards and integration platforms for business to business communications. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the functional delivery of approved projects and/or changes to be delivered within a release cycle, and/or assist with providing functional and technical support to new projects through the project management framework. The analyst must be able to produce detailed business requirements, liaise with technical teams in the development of technical design requirements, provide development of documents needed to support unit and user acceptance testing in accordance with the Strykers governance processes. The analyst needs the ability to work within the designated applications and understand the overall design / architecture of the supported platform.
