QA Analyst

Description

Experienced in software testing of the Claims domain with Expertise in Guidewire Claim Center platform.
3 to 5 years of handson working experience of end to end claim business life cycle, integrations and functionalities.
Thorough understanding of claims business processes and terminologies.
Business knowledge & prior experience of Commercial property, Home and Dwelling Fire implementation is desired.
Detailed working knowledge and experience in various policy center API integrations across different format.
Functional understanding of batch jobs and Guidewire platform configuration.
Exposure working in an Agile team environment along with business users, ability to collaborate across the team.
Ability to develop effective test strategies and test plans derived from acceptance criteria, highlevel functional requirements and user stories with an eye on usability experience
Extensive experience in writing test plans, test cases, developing test scripts and defect reports, traceability matrices in conformance with organizational best practices.
Detail oriented with the keen ability to multitasking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of automation and SOA tools like selenium, SoapUI, Dbvisualizer, Postman is a plus.
