Required
Functional expertise in Hybris commerce (SAP Product).
Experience eliciting highlevel business requirements and creating detailed functional specs as well as other documentation like requirement traceability matrixes, workflow diagrams, and usecases
Ability to lead team and client meetings and to clearly articulate the solution being developed with all the stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills
Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills
Knowledge working the Agile Project with JIRA, Confluence, Kanban
Preferred
Hybris BA certified.
Experience in an Agile environment. Assist with sprint planning.
Handson work on JIRA or similar tool
Develop test strategy and testing plan to review the developed code for completeness and alignment with user stories and acceptance criteria
