Project Description Our client is looking for experienced professionals with proven track record of managing shared services operations with functional knowledge of F&A processes (P2P & R2R). Should have the ability to work with crossfunctional groups and lead a diverse group of resources.
Expert Expectations Preferred 7+ years relevant experience which includes 35 years in shared services operations/deployments, 23 years of technology implementation and 5+ years with a multinational consumer products company.
SAP experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate status, issues, and risks with leadership team.
Influencing skills that support the achievement of objectives in like with the department and organizations requirements.
Strong technology background, specifically in relation to implementation lifecycles.
MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
Customer service and crossfunctional interpersonal skills.
Deep operational process subject matter and expertise.
Consistent attention to detail.
Process optimization background (LEAN, Six Sigma) preferred.
CPA preferred but not required.
Well versed with automation solutions RPA, cognitive & machine learning
Job Description General Shared Services Leadership Provides visible leadership and delivers effective and timely communications and feedback to the team and management. Acts as a champion for the shared delivery vision, mission, and strategy across the enterprise.
Drives the departments strategy activation forward. This includes providing global support to ensure process improvement and technology implementations that benefit the GCO are planned, administered, and deployed within timelines and budget.
Manages global projects and initiatives throughout the year; implements and manages global process governance to provide standardization and meet efficiency targets.
Develops global solutions to current operational challenges; works as an influencer to implement these global solutions. Utilizes advanced knowledge of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain a riskoptimized environment. Ensures such policies, procedures, and controls are in place and working effectively. Identifies how changes to processes create/change risks to financial reporting.
Centralized Business Process (ERP Implementation) Lead Represents (and provides support to) integrating shared services practices, operating models, and organizational constructs into the next version of Nikes ERP and resulting business processes. This is inclusive of Providing (and supporting) a globalized shared services view point across the distinct process towers that exist in Nikes Central Finance ERP implementation. This support includes evaluation of current processes and operating models against future target state design and developing the most effective viewpoint of where shared services practices should be employed. Works with various stakeholders within the team and within project, technology, and other corporate functions to drive the most standardized and centralized solution possible.
Influencing crossfunctionally to ensure that the technological solution (and underlying business processes) supports centralization and homogenization of various global processes.
Researching, coordinating, and applying best in class practices related to shared services frameworks within ERP solutions and projects. Acts as a coordinator and facilitator to take leading practices to operations.
Supporting the development of business use cases, coordinating business requirements, developing and recommending decisions related to design, and completing design documentation for the impending SAP replacement. Integrates and translates requirements for shared services into the broader project team.
Maintaining project plan and resource information for the shared services team in relation to SEC. Coordinates with leadership on potential issues with staffing model and current subject matter expert (SME) availability.
Provides supports for the development and maintenance of Finances shared services business case. Works with thirdparty resources and other team members to develop the most effective future operating model.
Develops reporting, dashboards, and other methodologies by which to communicate progress to multiple levels of management, inclusive of successes/improvement opportunities. Develops regular methods with communicating to the team and management
