What technology platform will they be working in
Platforms could include Qlikview, PowerBI, Salesforce, SQL, Sharepoint.
We are looking for an experienced BI Developer for a temporary contract position (2 months) to work on Qlikview and Nprinting reporting. This role will use their knowledge of BI systems and development best practices to create visualizations and automated push reports for key internal stakeholders with a professional and polished look and feel. The ideal candidate is detailoriented and a fastlearner, who can work independently and efficiently.
Professional Skills
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field).
Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Experience in leading and managing quality deliverables for project(s).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team.
Experience working directly with internal stakeholders to define requirements, provide ongoing status updates and present final/enhanced dashboard projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills who can convey complex technical concepts to a nontechnical audience.
Selfstarter able to work in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment with multiple priorities.
Technical Skills
5+ years QlikView experience including design, development, installation/configuration, data management, administration and support. Experience with QlikView version 11 preferred.
Strong experience with Business Intelligence concepts and patterns (Dashboards, Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Metadata).
Experience with data modeling including Star and Snow Flake schemas.
Knowledge of additional BI tools such as Nprinting, PowerBI and Looker preferred.
Knowledge / Experience with PL/SQL.
Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard development.
Experience with dimensional, logical and physical data modeling for data warehouse/data marts.
Working knowledge of relational database platforms like Oracle, DB2, Teradata or MS SQL Server.
Experience working with and combining data from multiple sources.
Proficiency with Google Analytics.
