Description
This position will be responsible for the development, configuration and implementation of business solutions on the ServiceNow (ITSM). It is required that this role possess a solid understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL processes.
Requirements ServiceNow System Administration certifications 2 or more years administering or developing on the ServiceNow platform Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field of study Experience deploying Discovery solutions using both MID server and REST or SOAP integrations Experience with development and configuration of workflows, business and email rules, catalog items and ACLs. Preferred Additional Skills
ServiceNow Scripting (a plus) ITIL v3 Foundations certified (a plus) Advanced ITIL certifications (a plus)
