Key Skills.
Experience 35 years is the minimum. More is better.
Good verbal communication skills are very important.
Mandatory is excellent embedded C programming experience. Including designing and implementing finite state machine, application interfaces, watchdog timers and memory fragmentation and multithreading solutions.
Strong desire for BT/BLE + GATT, experience. At least strong peripherals / communication protocols (I2C, I2S, SPI, AAC, MP3, RS232, RS485, ADC coding / decoding, ZigBee, CAN) experience.
Nice to have is CSR. 867x and or 68100 (also known as ADK 4.x, ADK 6.x).
Board bring experience is also nice to have.

Demonstrated expertise reading schematics, board bringups, setting rise/fall triggers and capturing logic/timing/levels with lab equipment oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, logic analyzers.
Demonstrated expertise designing music streaming applications for mobile devices smart phones, tablets, laptops with Bluetooth as a transport protocol, including A2DP, HFP, AVRCP, AV sync delays, and audio path routing, capturing and analyzing Bluetooth sniffer logs
