Technical/Functional Skills and Expectations
webMethods 9.x should be the primary competency. Preferably certified in webMethods 9.x. Should have previous development experience in large accounts involving major ERPs like Oracle, SAP etc. Should be fluent in handling process model based integrations & supporting the architecture around process models. Should be aware of latest integration trends (specially in webMethods world).

Work Experience Required
Working on webMethods project in EAI using the webMethods 9.x, mainly as webMethods Administrator, working 247 supports related project.
The main components handled in webMethods are webMethods Integration Server, Broker, Developer, Designer, Deployer & My webMethods Server (MWS).
Involved in migration of webMethods components [Integration Server, Broker, my webMethods server, Designer] 9.x across all environments and regions, setting up webMethods environments and configurations and providing migration support for business.
Maintain and support the production of webMethods Integration Server including troubleshooting, performance and problem resolution.
Experience in creating various adapters connections (JDBC, MQ and EnterpriseOne), Listeners, schedulers, various ports (File polling, http, SMTP etc.,) using Integration server administrator.
Knowledge on Broker pubsub model.
Experience in administering Broker using MWS (My webMethods Server), monitor the broker clients transactions.
Having knowledge on package deployment using Deployer. Have worked on Linux server to maintain Integration server transactions, file systems, package deployment activities across remote servers and and file processing.
Maintain and supporting webMethods Integration Server including troubleshooting, performance and problem resolution.
Strong debugging and problem solving skills with excellent understanding of system development methodologies, techniques and tools.
Involved in Resolving the Remedy.
Monitor queues on the Incident Management System and respond to and resolve incidents within the SLA.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and support the production of webMethods Integration Server including troubleshooting, performance and problem resolution.
Handling issues across various regions of servers like APAC (Asia Pacific), NA (North America), EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), having various Environments like Development, QA and Production as well.
Upgrade involves installation of selected components, Package promotions, creating adapter connections & Listeners, MQ adapters, users, ports, schedulers, extended settings and ftp directory paths on new environment and to check the compatibility.
Applying fixes provided by SAG for any environment configuration related issues.
Performing production server health monitoring checks.
Monitoring and resolving issues coming through mailbox &HPE Service manager tickets within the predefined SLA.
Performing Initial analysis of any interface related issues and providing the information to Developer to proceed further.
Performing deployment requests in DEV/QA servers during weekdays.
Performing deployment requests in Production servers during weekends.
Application cutover activity support.
Providing support for weekend outage (every week).
Updating configuration property files & server configurations based on the requests & approvals.
Disk space clean up based on alerts & monitoring.
Periodically monitors and resolve issues in production servers for pending queues, missed transactions, hung services and any unwanted errors.
User creation and ACLs creations based on the requirement.
