Must have experience with BigData Technologies (Hbase, Hive, Kafka, etc..)
The Data Quality Developer (DQ Developer) is responsible for designing, testing, deploying and documenting a project's data quality procedures and its outputs. The DQ Developer must document at a functional level how the procedures work within the data quality applications. The primary tasks associated with this role are to use Informatica Data Quality to profile the project source data, define or confirm the definition of the metadata, cleanse and validate the project data, check for duplicate or redundant records, and provide data consuming parties with concrete proposals on how to proceed with solution development.Requirements Responsibilities Profile source data and determine all source data and metadata characteristics
Design and execute a Data Quality Audit/Assessment
Present profiling/audit results, in summary or in detail, to the business analyst, the project manager, the data steward, or business management as needs dictate
Assist in defining or modifying the work effort based on the results of a data quality assessment
Assist in designing sourcetotarget mappings
Ability to work with other designers to coordinate solution design and development
Design and execute the data quality mappings that will cleanse, deduplicate, and otherwise prepare the project data
Test Data Quality mappings for accuracy and completeness
Assist in deploying mappings that will run in a scheduled, batch, or realtime environment
Document all mappings, mapplets, and rules in detail and hand over documentation to the customer
Assist in any other areas relating to the use of data quality processes, such as unit testing, or integration deployment
Assist in identification and definition of business glossary terms as well as general business glossary management
Assist in the use and configuration of Metadata Manager
Qualifications/Experience
Has knowledge of the tools and technologies used in the data quality solution
Results oriented team player
Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be able to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
Must be able to understand and articulate the technical and business implications of data quality problems
Familiar with current practices according to project needs Data Governance

Product Information Management
Health Care Payer experience a plus
