Job Description Technical Leadership role helps to coordinate and facilitate the technical aspects of the Pega Infinity platform, specifically the Customer Service framework.
Works with all groups to ensure best possible design and solution for the Application.
Lead the technical team in gathering and understanding requirements, and use cases.
Responsible for the technical solution including Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), data model and application framework using the Pega Infinity Platform.
Responsible for designing Pega interfaces.
Architect the technical solution and lead technical team in development activities.
Ensure adherence to the Pegasystems development guardrails and design principles.
Provide knowledge transfer to the customer.
Mentor and coach Pega trained configuration and architecture resources.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, UI standards and corporate standards.
Perform code reviews to ensure application quality.
Review alert logs to insure quality standards.
Ensure performance and quality of the Pega solution
