Job Description 5+ years of experience as Sxrum Master with Onsite experience and Agile Scrum Practices with familiarity of CAAC Rally tool
Very good communication skills with regular interaction with offshore and Onsite Teams on requirement issues resolution
Coordinate for Plan of releases, Enhancements , Create Design docs , Reporting at Onsite Scrum meetings
Position has dual responsibility of Scrum master and involvement with onshore development teams effort by HCL America, inc.
The position requires a person with a background in management development teams and solid experience running Agile teams and practical experience of managing onsite and offshore product development engagements.
