Description
Technical Lead provides solutions to technical issues, and is responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
Experience as a PHP Developer
Experience with standard frameworks like Zend, Symfony, Laravel, etc.
Speak with customers/ BAs to gather & understand requirements, estimate, design, implement & review code using multiple frameworks which should meet functional & nonfunctional requirements.
Single point of contact (SPOC) for both the offshore as well as onsite team
Knowledge of agile & scrum Handle the projects with delivery aspect such that the client is satisfied
Project schedule and Tracking preferably JIRA or any other Scrum based tracking tool
Timely communicating with all stakeholders about the status of the projects
Manage and trace requirements and scope
